Zodle Privacy Policy

It’s like this.  Zodle does not disclose client information under any circumstances except where required by law, when necessary to conduct day-to-day business (e.g. displaying screen locations, charging a credit card) or as a result of a client violation of the Terms & Conditions of service.

Information Collection & Usage
Zodle collects information necessary to provide service.  At registration, a client is asked to provide data such as name, address, phone, etc.  This information is used by Zodle to provide, improve and expand the quality of service to the client.

Client information is not sold to villainous people that will send you annoying e-mail that clogs your inbox or call you on the phone when you’re trying to enjoy a quiet dinner with your family.

Cookies
Cookies are required to access account features and monitor the current user session.  A client is required to log-in after a certain period of time has elapsed to prevent other users from accessing the same account without permission.

Hosting
Client data is maintained using multiple third party sources to provide optimal storage, access and security.  All data maintained in this way is the expressed property of Zodle.

Changes to the Privacy Policy
Zodle may amend its privacy policy as necessary at any time.  Any amendments will be sent to the client via e-mail or posted upon entry to the user admin prior to the effective date of changes.  Continued use of Zodle services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance on behalf of the client.

Effective Date
