Terms & Conditions

The use of services (“Service”) provided by Local Internet Space, Inc. (“Zodle”) indicates a complete understanding and acceptance on behalf of the user (“Client”) of all conditions stated in the following Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”).

Account Registration
1. Client must be of legal age.
2. Client must be an authorized representative of the registering business.
3. All mandatory information must be provided and maintained by the Client.
4. Each Client is limited to one user account per one business location.
5. Zodle, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to deny Service for any reason.

Usage
1. The Service is available to Clients for the purpose of broadcasting ads or content using digital signs in the Zodle Network.
2. Client is solely responsible for all content posted originating from their account.
3. Client may not use the Service to engage in any illegal or unethical activities.
4. Client may not use the Service to broadcast content that is abusive, unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene or possibly construed as infringing on the civil rights or intellectual property rights of any individual or business.
5. Client understands Zodle is not responsible for content uploaded by a Client that may conflict with another Client’s content, nor is Zodle required to take action as long as said content is not in violation of this Agreement.
6. While not responsible for monitoring content posted by any Client using the Service, Zodle retains the right to delete any content it may deem at its sole discretion as inappropriate, offensive or harmful to any persons or Clients.
7. Client agrees to indemnify Zodle for any damages sought by any party as a result of actions on behalf of the Client using the Service.
8. Client may not imply any relationship with Zodle beyond this Agreement.
9. Client may not make any attempt to technically modify the Service in any way.
10. Client may not repackage or resell the Service to any other third party.

Delivery
1. Client understands Service on the Zodle Network is provided on an “as is” basis.
2. Client understands Zodle is not responsible for Service interruption as a result of a third party such as, but not limited to, a Client’s internet service provider.

Pricing & Billing
1. Payment must be made in full by the Client prior to Service activation.
2. All Service pricing is subject to change without notice.
3. No refunds or credits are provided for partially used or unused Service.
4. No refunds or credits are provided for termination of Service by Zodle resulting from a violation of this Agreement.

Account Termination
1. Client may terminate Service at any time by notifying Zodle via e-mail.
2. Zodle, in its sole discretion, may terminate any account any time for any reason.
3. Content of a terminated account will be immediately and permanently deleted.

Enforcement
1. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be governed by California law.
2. The failure by Zodle to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of any provision of this Agreement.
3. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or enforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
4. This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Client and Zodle.
5. Zodle may transfer all rights under this Agreement to any party at any time.

Screen Hosting
Clients hosting a screen are bound by the terms of the Screen Hosting Agreement.

Privacy Policy
Conditions for the treatment of Client info are outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to the Terms & Conditions
Zodle may amend its terms & conditions as necessary at any time. Amendments will be sent to the Client via e-mail or posted upon entry to the user admin prior to the effective date of said changes. Continued use of Zodle services after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance on behalf of the client.
