A Truly Local Search Directory

There are a lot of “Local” search engines claiming to have the best local information. They are providing their local information all the way from their corporate offices in Silicon Valley.

How can you offer quality local information nationwide from one location?

We at Zodle find that amusing. Zodle has taken a different approach to local search, we are localizing it. What an odd concept, to be located where we provide local information. We are Truly Local, Involved in your Community and are your Neighborhood Search Directory. The “Big Corporate Guys” claim to be local but we truly are local.

Do the “Big Corporate Guys” offer any of the following? No.

  • Have a website with a pulse on the community
  • Take the online community offline with Local Promotions
  • Give “Mom & Pop Shops” a place to be heard
  • Give back to local charities & non-profits
These characteristics are the backbone of Zodle.

Search

Next time you need to find a plumber, babysitter, the time or location of a high school football game or local concert use Zodle. If you can do it locally you can find it here because we truly are your neighborhood search. Our data is the most current and comprehensive available and any business or event can take advantage of our free profile and have the ability to update their information 24/7. We have taken local search to the next level and made it – Your Neighborhood Search.

Charity

Zodle will donate a portion of sales to local charities and nonprofit organizations in an effort to make local life more enjoyable for everyone.

Special Thanks

About The Owners

Josh Briner

I am a true local; born and raised in Santa Barbara and my family has lived here for over 200 years. I played soccer and ran track at San Marcos High School. After high school, I studied Business while attending Santa Barbara City College. You might also recognize me from the many years that I have been serving you lunch at my family’s restaurant, Little Alex’s. I can also be found on a wake board at Lake San Antonio or riding a motorcycle on the dunes at Pismo. My wife Lindsay and I have been married for 5 years and have a 2 year old son named Dylan, and a four month old son named Evan.

Todd Tressler
I am a Santa Barbarian and took my first breaths of life at local Cottage Hospital. I graduated from Mountain View Elementary, La Colina Junior High and San Marcos High School...Go Royals! After high school, I went to college to run, I mean learn. I was fortunate to actually do both. I attended Villanova University where I received a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and then went on to the University of Arkansas, finishing there with a Master’s degree in Economics. I also achieved All American Honors as a distance runner during my collegiate career. My passion is still running even though I mostly waddle these days! After college, I was a stock broker and then pursued a career in real estate development/property management. I am engaged to be married in July 2007 assuming my fiancé Andrea can continue to put up with me. Once we are married, we plan on getting a Brussels Griffon puppy named Lola.
